CREDIT CARD
Our preferred payment method is credit card, which you can do from this website. Simply choose which level of subscription you would like, click the relevant 'Buy Now' button and this will take you to a checkout page where you will need to enter your contact and credit card details.
Once you have gone through checkout your membership will start. Remember though that the content of the Asset Valuation Circle does not go live until January 2021.
INVOICE
Many of you will not have the ability to pay by credit card, and will need an invoice so that you can make a BACS transfer.
This is not a problem at all. Simply decide which level of subscription you would like and email us at: [email protected].
We will then generate an invoice and email this to you, so that you can make payment. This means you cannot get instant access today, and your membership of the Asset Valuation Circle will commence once we have received your payment.

TERMS OF USE1 Place Subscription EARLY BIRD RATE
The 1 place subscription is ideal for those working in small local authorities and that manage the asset valuation programme alone.
You could be the Authority's only Valuer. Or you could be the Authority's Capital Accountant that is overseeing valuation programmes being delivered by external Valuers.
This subscription might also suit you if you are self-funding. The subscription is then personal to you.
3 Place Subscription EARLY BIRD RATE
The 3 place subscription is ideal for those working in small or medium sized local authorities where more than one person is involved in the asset valuation programme.
You can allocate up to three people to access our training portal. You can choose who these people are.
It might be that you want access for a couple of Valuers plus your Capital Accountant.
We understand that people move jobs. They might leave your Authority, they might get promoted, or they might move to a different work area.
Either way, things change and you need your subscription to be flexible to change with it.
You can amend your list of those with access authority to the portal at any time. You just need to decide which 3 people to give access to.
8 Place Subscription EARLY BIRD RATE
The 8 place subscription is ideal for those working in larger local authorities where there are a team of people involved in the asset valuation programme.
You can allocate up to eight people to access our training portal. You can choose who these people are.
It might be that you want access for a team of Valuers plus your Capital Accountant, or even one of the managers that oversees the programme.
We understand that people move jobs. They might leave your Authority, they might get promoted, or they might move to a different work area.
Either way, things change and you need your subscription to be flexible to change with it.
You can amend your list of those with access authority to the portal at any time. You just need to decide which 8 people to give access to.
