The Asset Valuation Circle is for anyone that is involved in the process of commissioning, undertaking or overseeing the asset valuation programme.

You might be the programme client, which could mean you are an accountant or from a property discipline other than valuation. You could be in a managerial or supervisory capacity and overseeing the valuation programme.  Or you could be providing technical or administrative support to a team of valuers undertaking the valuations.

The Asset Valuation Circle will be of benefit to everyone involved in the process.

There are a number of elements and benefits from being in the Asset Valuation Circle.

There is online pre-recorded training over three competency levels.  You can watch, pause, rewind and watch again as many times as you like to suit you.

You can watch the training on your laptop, tablet or mobile device.

There are LIVE asset valuation Labs at least 4 times per year, where we get into some detail on asset valuation challenges.  These Labs will be recorded, so if you miss one you can go back later and watch it.

There is an Asset Valuation Email Hotline to ask for help, with valuation conundrums or scenarios that are proving too challenging to solve on your own.

There is an online Chat Room where you can discuss all things asset valuation with peers and colleagues in other authorities.

In terms of training content everyone gets the same whatever level of membership you choose to go for.

There are three bands of membership - individual, group membership up to 3 members and group membership up to 8 members.

The group memberships represent a discount for the number of place purchased.

There will also be a sliding scale on the discount available on other Chris Brain Associates products and services, such as our Asset Valuation Desktop Audit.

Other than that the content is identical and everyone gets the same great service and support. 

Membership runs for 12 months and can then be renewed.

We are currently building the content for the Asset Valuation Circle.  It will be going LIVE on 1st December 2020.  By that time the first tranche of online pre-recorded training content will be in place.  More will be added over the coming months.

The online content is hosted on a third party website which we have no direct control over. There can of course always be situations where outage occurs.

However, we have been very diligent in our selection of the third party provider. They are a big international operator in their field, with a great reputation for providing seamless and robust platforms.

If there are outages we would anticipate these being for very short periods - for example during routine system maintenance. 

Membership runs for 12 months and so we would not anticipate that any outages would impact on your enjoyment of your membership.
