Asset Valuation in a Pandemic

Hosted by Chris Brain Associates

About this webinar

The pandemic has raised a number of challenges for local authority asset valuers, including material valuation uncertainty, lower levels of transactions to provide comparable evidence, and limitations on property inspection.

Most importantly of all, to some, is what the expectations will be of the Council’s auditors in these areas.

In this free to attend webinar brought to you by ACES, we will be exploring all of these issues.

You will leave the event with a deeper understanding of the concept of material valuation uncertainty and the associated RICS requirements, a guide to the challenges of property inspection, an insight into current UK property markets and an inside perspective on what auditors might be looking for this year.

We have put together an excellent panel of speakers to guide you through these issues.

Chris Brain, Partner at Chris Brain Associates
Ellie Cook, Partner at Montagu Evans
Mark Gerold, Real Estate - Valuation, Modelling & Economics,  Ernst & Young
